Returns and Refunds/Exchange Policy:
Currently we do not offer returns on any handmade item, due to each item being individually, custom made for you. We understand though that sometimes things just aren't quite right, so we do offer free alterations on all handmade items. Please contact us here.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on sale items, please contact us to find out if your sale item can be returned.
Ettie cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier, or any returns that are not sent on a tracked service.
If you are unsure on your size, please see our sizing chart below. For accurate measurements, please refer to our measuring guide, found underneath the sizing chart. Please note: these measurements are for references only and are measured in centimetres (cm). We are also able to make any handmade item in any size, if you'd like to purchase an item with custom sizing, please contact us and we'll be very happy to help!
